Take an old worn out machine that has given good service for the last 30 years and perform the following;

Completely strip machine back to bar frame.

Shot blast frame and repaint user specified colour.

Machine all secondary copper faces.

Test welding transformer and check water ways.

Replace all cylinder and head seals.

Rebuild machine replacing shunts where necessary.

Fit new SMC air valve and filter regulator.

Re pipe air and water system with machine distribution board.

Fit free issue weld control and wire to customers specification.

Test for 5000 cycles and supply back to the customer.

Now you have a machine refurbished by Welserv that looks like new and will give many more years of reliable service.

Approximate cost of referb £2000-£2500 depending on machine size and customer specification.
